ForHealth contacted us to create a QR code check-in experience that can simplify and expedite the process for patients when they arrive at a clinic. At present, the check-in process is performed manually, which is inefficient and consumes a lot of time.
We developed a web-based check-in experience that enables patients to skip the sluggish reception process. Collaborating closely as a team, we conducted usability tests to verify the effectiveness of the solution and carried out quality assurance tasks in conjunction with the developers.
